Congregational Survey – As part of the call process for senior pastor, we will be conducting a survey “Everyone’s Voice Counts” at all 3 services next weekend, September 20-21. This is a vital step in seeking out candidates, and the call committee needs your input. Here is a preview of how it will work:

• This is an in-person survey to be held at the end of each service and should take about 15 minutes at your own pace
• The preferred format is digital, accessed via a QR code available in the bulletin; please bring along whatever device works best for you
• Paper copies will also be available and will be converted to digital format to collate data
• Members of the call committee will be on hand to assist or answer questions
• The survey data is anonymous, but please fill out the pew card to let us know you were here
• If you must be away, contact committee member Sarah Gleason (chrisnysarah@netscape.net)  by Friday, September 19, to make arrangements for special access

NEED A RIDE TO CHURCH?
We’ll help you… "Catch a Lift."
The “Catch a Lift” Program is our Transportation Ministry. For many people, especially seniors, people without transport or persons with disabilities, getting to church is a challenge. Although church can be a true lift to a Christian’s spirit,
lack of transportation means that this needed lift may be missed.

Participants simply stop by the Taxi Company at the Bronxville Train Station or call and arrange a lift to church. Tell the dispatcher or taxi driver that this is a Village Lutheran Church “Catch a Lift” ride and there is no cost.
